Changing th eboottom red bar to Black Verizon sw NEWC_01.09.02

Hello

I've been trying to follow along with the Guide for changing the bottom read bar to black. However the bar is now white!!! Ive attached a screen shot of the QPST EFS program with my phone connected. The motodefault_theme.bar file is there but it looks like its empty. I don't know how to get the motoblue_theme.bar the one in the instructions that state "Use this file" to overwrite the motoblue_theme.bar on the phone....this is supposed to change the bottom bar to black in the menu screen when in the blue theme, but the bar on my home screen is white. Ive attached a screenshot for additional support. any suggestions?

The one quesiton that I'm thinking could be it is how do I get the file "Motodefault_theme.bar" file to the phone? The guide does not explain it?
