Flashing To Alltell

Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME!!! I really wanna flash my Sprint V3m to the alltell firmware, but I don't know how. Can someone please help!!!

What carrier are you wanting to use after your flash?  That would be a good place to start before anyone answers your question.

Also a VZW V3m flashed to USCC NCR_01.1B.00R, then upgraded via MSU and now flashed to ViVo and active on the USCC network.
