Posted: Fri, 12/22/2006 - 11:16 by MotoLocoI wasnt able to get get it now too connect. I flashed over to this monster file. MMS/ Internet /get it now was not working. other then that everything worked. was able to play music/videos from my transflash 1gig chip np.

Posted: Fri, 12/22/2006 - 14:41 by pyde_pypperPeople the fact is unless your phone is bricked you really should not use the Monster flash files, by using the Monster files you a clearing out all the VZW specific things that are needed which is why people are having so much trouble getting data functions to work. A flash upgrade is a different story, which is why you can get all the data services working on the Alltel v3c flash files.

Now for myself seeing as my son has the v3m I could care less about data services not working, he doesn't need them that isn't why I got him the phone in the first place. he has it so I can get a hold of him, not to rack up bills from txt msgs, buying stuff from GIN and so on.
