Get it now is unable to retrieve catalog?
I want a game. But when i go to Get It now. it just comes up to this page. GET IT NOW...unable to retrieve catalog. Please try again later. (1281)
Do i have to go to my verizon store and they have to make it able to go to GET IT NOW?

Posted: Sun, 02/11/2007 - 09:36 by pyde_pypperif you re still on the VZW UI, just call CS and tell them that you need to have GIN reset/reprovisioned because it stopped working and you are getting ther error msg that it can't receive the catalog. They should be able to take care of it over the phone, just don't call CS from the cell phone tho.

if you've flashed to alltel, then the error is most likely due to the flash.. there were steps to fix get it now
