Just wanted to drop this in to say hi. I have been pretty absent of late, but still lurk from time to time and try to post something of use here and there. Chalk it up to my constant perusal the world around for all things new to the droid 1, coupled with the sporacity of the loading of this site, and then my vacation and further visiting to other types of forums.
I don't know why, but most of my (helpful??) type of posts have been attempted in the rescue squad section of droidforums.net, alot of my questions have been in various places (droidmod.org and droidforums.net) as to how to compile a rom or even a kernel for the droid 1. Done gave up on that, I think for good. On that note, trying to compile was consuming so much of my brain cells and attention . . . . . well. As far as the RS section, again it seems to be a head banging waste of time in some ways.
