If you manually backed up all the seems as you listed above, then you should be just fine. I don't know of a way for you to create the .nvm file, but all you have to do at that step is manually load the seems one at a time back to your phone. To do this, enter the seem info, hit load from phone first, then hit load from file second, then hit save to phone. I don't think you need to power cycle your phone after each seem, just go ahead and do them all, and then unplug your phone at the end and power cycle it then.
good luck

Do exactly as Teddy said and you'll be fine. That is the way I flash all my phones to be honest as I don't trust using Radiocomm for the backup. I've seen it to many times where a seem in the *.nvm backup was bad and causing nothing but headaches after flashing as you don't know which is causing it. For this reason I always backup each seem one at a time and write them back one at a time after the flash process. Oh and you do not need to restart after each seem file just do all of them and then unplug the phone and cycle the power
FYI tho there is a program around to convert all the seems into a *nvm file tho. I'd have to try hunting it down on the web again tho and I can't recall the name of it. I did have a copy of it at one time but I think it may be on my comp at work as i do not have it on this one at home seeing as I just looked for it

Hey, thanks for the replies guys! Funny thing, shortly after I posted my question I ended up loading the seems manually 1 by 1 in p2kseem. Everything seems to be alright for the most part, but I'm having a slight issue trying to edit / restore my Browser MMS settings in RSD General:
"In the "Port" box enter 80. The other port boxes can be left alone, however when you click away from there, you will probably get a message box saying "Enter between 4 and 5 characters." Just click the "OK" button."
Problem is, I can't click anything but "OK". When I try to write to the phone, that box just pops up again. Is there any trick to getting this box to disappear? I've double checked all settings, but can't write them to my phone.
By the way, this is the "Proxy 2" portion after entering settings for "Proxy 1". Should the port setting for Proxy 2 be Port 8080, and not 80? 8080's the value on Proxy 1, but the guide's saying 80 for Proxy 2's port setting. Entering 80 results in that "Enter between 4 and 5 characters." box, which won't go away.
just enter it as 8080. Once it write to the phone go into the setup menu ( ie #073887* ,password 000000) and go into the websessions and manually change it from 8080 back to 80 like you need it to be. For some reason RSD General will only write it as 4 digits.

Damn, it's been awhile since I did this. So you're in the 'proxy 2' setting of editing your .rtb file, right? Two things. First, try backspacing through the port setting for your proxy 2 first, then enter port 80. If you still get the 'enter between 4 and 5' error, is there a way for you to go ahead and click the 'write to phone' button anyway?
Failing that, you could start fresh (unplug, power cycle, re-start RSD Gen, replug phone, etc.) and after clicking on the word 'browser' in the left pane of RSD Gen, instead of clicking on 'open file' click on 'read phone' and then manually enter all of the data spelled out in the step (7) where you are now.
good luck
p.s. Seems like pyde and I both were posting at the same time, so maybe try his method first as well, I didn't think about that one.

This is NOT my day... My phone kept saying "Activation Failed" on *228, and I noticed my number was like nine 1s and a 0 for some reason. So I loaded RSD Gen, clicked my CDMA NAM link, and my number wasn't right.
At this point, I loaded my previously backed up .nam file and wrote it to my phone. Success! ...or so I thought. I was able to place calls at this point, but it asked for a 1 + area code before dialing.
Here's where things really went south: I loaded RSG Gen, hooked the phone up, then wrote my previously backed up PRL (.rla) file to the phone. I was hoping this would help, but now my phone just keeps rebooting. The phone comes up in Bootloader Mode if I hold * and # while powering up, but none of my programs seem to properly recognize it.
RSD Gen says on the bottom: "The connected phone is not working properly, recovery is needed."
Edit: Thank you MultiFlashFlex Tool! I couldn't get MSU to identify my phone, but MultiFlashFlex reflashed my phone without any problem whatsoever. I'm sure most of you already use this tool, but I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't.
Hey, thanks. Flashed directly to Vivo with one of the Vivo Monster files on the Motorola Flash Files site. About MultiFlashFlex, yeah it's in the PST program directory. Decided to manually flash using the executable, and everything went well.
Stupid Verizon always has to cripple their damn hardware and destroy their GUIs, otherwise we wouldn't have to bother doing this. Stock VZW firmware should at least have an MP3 player.
Online and operating normally To use the server you must enable WAP access on your account by going into the My account link on the side bar, going to Edit, then go to WAP, and then check the WAP access enable box and Submit.
