Verizon Motorola RAZR V3m V cast phone (need help)
First off, im still somewhat of a noob to this website. Anyway, my brother gave me his Verizon Motorola RAZR V3m V cast phone which is great, but I have Cricket and apparently need to unlock it before I can get it activated. I started with the guides section of the website. It stated the requirements needed to unlock the phone so I downloaded windows sp2 as I have Windows xp and I have followed instructions in exact order (even watched the videos to make sure i was doing it right) Now when I get to step 4, where there should be pop ups to recognize your phone, nothing happens and my phone screen says the usb cable is an "unauthorized charger". Can anyone help me?

your manufacturer is pretty new/old - not very easy to find stuff for!
is this a desktop or notebook?
try upgrading the nVidia nForce drivers here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf4_winxp32_8.26_11.09.html
(these are the latest for a laptop)

Also, I cant remember if i pointed you at this FAQ yet:

try that method at the bottom of the FAQ with the phone on first and if it does not work, try it with the phone off.
