Messing with arcconfig.ini - extended video duration

This section relates to the Razr Phones provided by Verizon Wireless only.

The v3c and v3m from Verizon are capable of recording videos with a maximum of 15 seconds. This guide will show you how to extend the maximum length of videos up to 4 minutes and 55 seconds! And poof... the Razr turns into a mini digital video camera! It works great, and is really easy to do.

The -only- drawback is that Verizon's network still limits videos to 15 seconds, meaning that you will not be able to send a video over 15 seconds to someone via PiX messages. If you plan to record a video meant to be sent attached to a pictuer message, then just remember to stop the video recording before 15 seconds hits.

However, you will still be able to view the entire thing on the phone as well as download the video from your phone onto your computer.

This does not work on the Alltel firmware.
