After flashing from sprint to altell/telus for java.
V3m sprint flashed to altell/telus 6.04 om mpc service everything works but for some reason all contacts and ringer settings default to silent and i have to change them one at a time any input to seem edit or anything would be great. thanks

First could not activate sprint phone on metro pcs service which is what i use so i had to have it flash by them to use esn. Second from what i understand sprint firmware is really hard to use with another carrier so i flashed to telus v3c 06.04 to use java and oprea mini. Ive tried master reset settings everthing i could find. An archive i read someone had same problem only answer was do it indiv. but there has to be a lost or missing UI im thinking.Oh phone was out of the box sprint v3m.

have you checked to make sure that the volume detail was not set to "silent"? There should be something like three different volume detail settings: Master, Silent, and Vibrate. Make sure it is set to Master.
as per your firmware, which one is it?
Altell and Telus are two totally different carriers, and two totally different firmwares, and Altell does NOT support Java, so I will assume that you are on Telus firmware. But why would you flash away from a firmware that already supports Java in order to use Java? That kinda does not make sense to me.
